    We recommend starting with a mild to medium hot sauce to get a sense of the flavors and heat levels. From there, you can gradually work your way up to spicier options like our Papaya Reaper or Scorpion's Sting. Don't be afraid to experiment and find your perfect level of heat
  • What sizes of our hot sauce bottles are available?
    Our hot sauces and oils are available in a convenient standard size of 150 ml. Should you prefer a different bottle size, please feel free to get in touch with us. We're more than happy to accommodate your specific preferences.

For example, our mango chutney may have a deeper orange hue in the summer when mangoes are in season, but a lighter color in the winter when mangoes are not as readily available.   • Do I have to store hot sauce in a fridge?
    For optimal storage, consider placing the products in a refrigerator or a cool, dark area. Ensure they are shielded from prolonged exposure to sunlight or frequent exposure to heat, such as near a stove. Additionally, take note of any instructions on the bottle; if it indicates "refrigerate after opening," promptly store it in the fridge once opened.
  • How do your heat categories work?
    We've established five distinct categories – mild, medium-hot, hot, very hot, and extremely hot – to help guide your spice journey. Recognizing that spiciness varies for each individual, we draw from our own experiences to provide a clear spectrum. Starting from the mild category, tailored for beginners with minimal heat, we ascend through medium-hot, featuring flavors akin to Sriracha, all the way up to the intense heat of extremely hot. Visualize the heat levels like a scale, ranging from 1 flame for mild to 5 flames for the intensely spicy.
  • How do I return a product that I received damaged or opened?
    If you received a damaged or opened product, please contact us at info@picaribe.nl within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns on perishable items.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary between 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
  • Can I cancel my order after I place it
    Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
