Please note that our refund and returns policy is strictly for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we won't be able to offer a full refund or exchange under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It should also be in the original packaging. Certain goods, such as perishable items like sauces, oils, or condiments, cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to PiCaribe without prior contact. It is important to contact us first to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We'll also let you know if we approve or reject your refund request. If your refund is approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please recheck your bank account if you haven't received your refund yet. Sometimes, it takes a while to process refunds. If you've already done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@picaribe.nl.
Please note that sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Please note that we strictly replace only defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange such an item, kindly send us an email at info@picaribe.nl and we will assist you with the process.
Shipping returns
Shipping costs are not refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). If you are returning expensive item(s), it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
